I absolutely LOVE helping people achieve the American dream of home ownership! Most of the time, things go relatively smooth. Sometimes, they don't and I usually receive the brunt of the anger/frustration/stress, etc.

But, it's days like these when you're able to be a part of helping a United States Viet Nam veteran in his 70's, that help me remember why I do what I do.

He's never owned his own home! One, who most lenders dismissed, said there was nothing they could do. But that's because they were afraid of work. Weren't willing to dig in, get to know him, do the uncomfortable.
