Remind your buyers who purchased a primary residence last year to FILE FOR THEIR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

I reached out to all of mine this week, and while many had done it, I also got some “whats that’s” and “oops I forgot thanks for the reminder’s”

Also remind the one’s who owned a home previously about portability.
