He excelled as a mortgage loan originator, winning awards for top producers at every single company he was with. Years of experience working at all types of mortgage lending institutions has made Kevin an expert in every mortgage product available. H

owever, his experience with other banks also revealed that the typical mortgage bank operates the same way—limited product offerings and inflexible approval process. He saw a huge gap in the market with qualifiable borrowers being turned down. That’s when Kevin realized he had the knowledge and ability to help so many potential homeowners who were rejected by traditional banks. With this goal, he ventured out to start his own firm HP Mortgage LLC in 2015. From the beginning of his career, the Kevin Danowitz recipe for success has been simple—always do what is right by the client. That is how he has excelled in this industry and why he is a true professional at what he does. He opened his company in 2015 with the same goal in mind.
