Kevin Danowitz began his mortgage career in 2003 as a loan officer at Chase Manhattan. After Chase, he worked at a number of banks for over a decade. He excelled as a mortgage loan originator, winning awards for top producers at every single company he was with. Years of experience working at all types of mortgage lending institutions has made Kevin an expert in every mortgage product available. H

owever, his experience with other banks also revealed that the typical mortgage bank operates the same way—limited product offerings and inflexible approval process. He saw a huge gap in the market with qualifiable borrowers being turned down. That’s when Kevin realized he had the knowledge and ability to help so many potential homeowners who were rejected by traditional banks. With this goal, he ventured out to start his own firm HP Mortgage LLC in 2015. From the beginning of his career, the Kevin Danowitz recipe for success has been simple—always do what is right by the client. That is how he has excelled in this industry and why he is a true professional at what he does. He opened his company in 2015 with the same goal in mind. Today, his philosophy is our company’s mission: we will always be committed to treating our clients like family, no matter what size the loan is. Every client deserves fairness, honesty, courtesy, respect and friendly customer service. All employees at HP are held to this standard and under Kevin’s leadership we have seen exponential growth every year, with sales volume up over 800% since opening in 2015!
