With the Christmas season around the corner, who says you can't buy a home as a gift?

Funny, because that’s exactly what Nathan did, and it was a pleasure helping him out throughout the process. We talked about inflation starting to slow by the end of the year and it just did, which is reflected by interest rates starting to decline. If the Fed can keep keep the inflation at bay, interest rates should continue to come down.
