Knowing when to say, “Yep, you’re ready!” and when to say, “Give me six months — we’ll get you there.”

Getting a “no” from one bank and immediately thinking, “Okay… what’s Plan B?”

Delivering tough news without leaving you wondering what happens next.

And celebrating the approval text like I’m buying the house too. 😂🏡

Because behind every application is a real person who’s probably been dreaming about this moment for a long time.

Sure, renting might win on the spreadsheet sometimes. 📊

But spreadsheets don’t include the dog doing zoomies in *your* backyard. 🐕💨

They don’t include birthday parties where nobody’s worried about the landlord, pencil marks on the doorframe, or taking the first-day-of-school photo in front of the same front door year after year.
