Just closed on a small residential lot my client sold in order to fund renovations on her other rental property in Ocean Ridge.

Sold for a price that was 30% higher than what my client was willing to sell it to the neighbor for.

My client put her trust in me and after paying my fees, she still walked away with 30% more than she would have made if she sold it herself.

Learn EVERYTHING about the inventory in the surrounding area.
Hold an open house for another agent’s listing in that neighborhood.
When unrepresented buyers show up, learn about them. (Wants, needs, & critical needs)
