Spring is a time of renewal, and this April, we're celebrating a story that embodies hope, creativity, and resilience.

Artist Colleen Wall turned her personal battle with cancer into a mission to uplift others. Diagnosed in 1995, she overcame her diagnosis and began creating art to transform the experience of chemotherapy patients. Her project, "A View for a Room — Transforming Healthcare Spaces," reimagines sterile hospital settings with vibrant murals that transport patients and their families to serene, nature-filled landscapes.

Today, Colleen has brought her vision to life at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York, with 10 new murals installed in treatment rooms. These "LandEscapes" give patients an imaginative escape, reminding them of brighter days ahead. It's a beautiful example of how art can heal and inspire.
