Premiums are going to be ridiculous this year. If you think you might qualify for subsidies you need to be looking through MNsure. Most existing carriers are only offering limited networks and are capping their enrollment. Free professional advice, it cost nothing to work through an agent. This year is not the year to do it yourself it would be like cutting your own hair.
