Today, it is our greatest pleasure to announce that our colleague and friend Rebecca Moore has been offered and has accepted an agent position with American Family. We knew when she began working alongside us in our agency in 2021 that she would do great things. Therefore, it's no surprise that we would like to recognize her for her achievements with American Family over the last several years and her advancements that have led to this moment. Rebecca has stepped up and met every challenge, from beginning a new career to now transitioning into her new role as an Agent. She has formed great relationships with both our existing and new customers. We know that anyone Rebecca serves is in great hands.
With that being said, I would like to officially announce that after 35 years, I am retiring as your agent on April 30, 2025. Rebecca will now be stepping into the role as your new agent. If you have ever called in or visited our office, you have definitely spoken with Rebecca, so she will be no stranger to you. She will continue to provide excellent insight and assistance to all of our existing and future customers. She comes to you licensed to sell and provide Life, Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and well-versed in all these areas
It is with immense gratitude that I would like to thank all of our American Family customers over the last 35 years for your loyalty. I grew up in this community, and this business fostered and nurtured my ability to live and thrive here. So many wonderful business relationships developed into great friendships very near and dear to my heart. These 35 years have flown by, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity that American Family and this close-knit community provided for my family and me. My wife, Brenda, and I could not have asked for more.
Great news for our clients and future customers! The agency will remain in the same office where we are presently located; you'll just see a new name on the door! As Rebecca is navigating within her new role as your agent, I will be behind the scenes mentoring and available as needed for support to Rebecca and her customers.
We truly appreciate all of our loyal customers and thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to assist you in securing life's dreams for the past 35 years. Please entrust Rebecca to do the same for you moving forward.
