On this beautiful Friday, October 3rd 2025, I am thanking God for Thirty Three Years in the Mortgage Industry and blessing me to see another awesome day and celebrate another closing on today. God has been so great to me through the up's and downs of life in general and the mortgage industry.
I would like to thank everyone who closed a loan with me, sent a borrower referral, to all of the awesome realtors who entrusted me with their mortgage starting with CTX Mortgage Company for 15 wonderful years, Prospect Mortgage, REMN, Silverton Mortgage about 6 years, and currently with Diamond Residential Mortgage will be nine years on December 31, 2025. Thanks to the wonderful staff members past and presence, to include the Diamond Divas Tammy Moore, Fleda Paul, Lillie Thompson, and Amber Reeves, our underwriting team Debbie, Cathy, and Christine, closers Tammy Mosley, HR Department, PCL, Corporate Office and our CEO Paul Diamond.
A special thanks to Vickie Lester, Realtor for 26 plus years together in the business and one of my Feed the Hungry partners.
Many thanks to my family and friends in Jacksonville, Florida, California, Texas, and of course Georgia and my Greenforest Community Baptist Church Family for your many referral's and for allowing me to be your lender when you purchased or refinance your home. I am still licensed in Florida, California, Texas, Georgia and DRMC is license in 27 states which allows me to assist borrowers across the United States.

The mortgage industry is still strong many great programs are available for First-Time Homebuyer and recurring borrowers. Many may know me by my nickname "The Down Payment Assistance Queen", if the funds are out there you will be provided the information. Homeownership is your greatest assets and investment.
I end on this note: On this week I received an awesome email for the Barker family who will be closing on their loan today and just wanted to share their testimony.
"Sheryl, we greatly appreciate your consistency and support throughout this process so very much. You have been an invaluable resource from our first interaction with you during the homebuyer education course. We started our mortgage process with Veterans United and were pre-approved by 2 others, but we decided to go with you because you showed us that you are informed, very thorough, thoughtful and that you value us as people, not just another 'file" to manage.
We greatly appreciate all of your in-depth questions for us and your willingness to promptly answer all of our questions and concerns. Your cheerful engagement helped us manage stress and quite out fears. We will definitely be referring EVERYONE we know.
