The Seng Company is led by its founding principal, Andrew M. Seng, who has been active in the investment management industry for his entire career. Since 2003, Andrew has worked in the commercial and residential real estate industry including experience across all major asset classes such as office, industrial, retail, residential, hotel and mixed-use projects. He has been involved in arranging and concluding more than $1.6 billion in capital for real estate projects ranging from senior-secured debt to subordinate capital such as mezzanine financing, preferred equity or joint ventures.
