Gems of Yesterday We are a locally ran and owned resale shop. Robert, along with the help of his two sons, run the shop while living here in Decatur.

Doing their part to feed back into the local economy, almost every item in the store came from Central Illinois. They also have, and continue to, donate extra merchandise to the local charity thrift shops. We offer a selection in original and refinished sold wood furniture. When refinishing an item, we make every attempt to keep everything original. We find old furniture components and hardware so

they may all be recycled and re-used in the restoration of our quality solid wood furniture. We also offer a large selection of pottery and glassware. Each piece has been carefully selected and examined for flaws, cracks, and chips. If any are detected we always try to inform the customer so they can make an informed decision on their purchases. We strive for an open honest relationship with our customers, so they may be assured of getting the best value for their money
