We were so thankful to be able to work with a company that provided a morgage for my husband and I with 0 credit. However, there was a couple times that we felt Jennifer was not communicating well with the rest of the team and us. She was out of office for a week and we did not receive communicatiom during this time which left us scrambling to get the rest of our documents to here days before closing .

New update from the Federal Reserve!

The federal funds rate remains unchanged at 4.25%-4.50% for the second time this year. The Fed has pointed to high inflation, concerns about economic growth, and uncertainties around tariffs and trade tensions.

Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean mortgage rates will rise or fall, as they don’t directly follow the Fed’s decisions. If you’re considering buying or refinancing, now might be the right time to act, as the market could shift at any moment.
