I own a business and am always very busy so it dragged on for a couple of months. When the time finally came, Rocket ultimately backed out due to some business purchases I had recently made.

I was referred to Ali by my realtor. Upon hearing of my situation, we began the process through his outfit. Ultimately I was told no by Rocket Mortgage and approved by West Capital Lending all within a couple of days. From beginning to the closing, Ali and his team were prompt, polite, and made this all fairly easy for me. After closing, he even took the time to call me and explain our path forward in the future once rates hopefully normalize and global conflict comes to a halt. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you West Capital Lending.
