📣 A Little Update From Our Office! ❤️

After a lot of thought and consideration, we’ve decided to make a change to our office hours!

Our new office hours will be Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM!

I know this change may not be ideal for everyone, and I completely understand that. This wasn’t a decision I made overnight, and I took a lot of things into consideration before making it.

One thing that has always been important to me is taking care of the people who help take care of our customers every single day. This change will allow my employees a little more time with their families in the evenings and the opportunity to get home before dark, especially during those winter months.

❤️ Please know that we are NOT eliminating appointments after 4 PM!

We understand that not everyone can make it to our office during regular business hours. If you need to stop by to make a payment, discuss your policies, or have a meeting with us after 4 PM, we are still happy to accommodate you! We just ask that you schedule ahead of time so we can make arrangements.

My goal has always been to provide the best service possible while also creating a workplace where my employees feel valued and have a healthy balance between work and family.

Our hours may be changing, but our commitment to our customers is not! ❤️

Our office will be closing at 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, and will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.
