⚠️ Fraud Alert – Please Read ⚠️
We want to make our customers aware of a scam that has recently been reported involving debit card fraud alerts.

In this scam, fraudsters call customers while pretending to be from a debit card fraud department. The caller may appear legitimate and they might even know information about your debit card. They then tell the customer that when fraud alert text messages arrive, they need to respond “YES” in order to keep their card active.

When responding to a fraud alert:
- Reply YES only if you personally made the transaction.
- Reply NO if you did not make the transaction.
- Be suspicious of anyone who tells you how to answer a fraud verification text.
Our fraud department may contact you to discuss suspicious activity, but they will not instruct you to approve transactions that you did not make.

If you receive a suspicious phone call:
- Hang up and contact the bank directly using a trusted phone number.
- Do not rely on caller ID, because phone numbers can be spoofed.
- Never approve a transaction that you do not recognize.
If you believe you may have been targeted by this scam or have approved a transaction in error, please contact us.
