That’s about to change. ✅
The Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act just passed the Senate and is headed to the President's desk to become LAW. 🙌

🔒 What this means:
• No more “trigger lead” sales to strangers
• Your info can only be shared if a lender already has your OK or you already work with them
• More peace of mind when you're buying a home 🧘‍♂️

Running on Rates and Espresso: A Mortgage Tale ☕🐹💻

Every day I hop on the wheel, fully intending to take it easy.
Then reality hits:
➡️ Rates moved 0.125%
➡️ Someone forgot to sign page 37
➡️ Underwriting just asked for a letter of explanation… for breathing
➡️ I’ve answered the same “what’s your rate?” text 6 times
➡️ Coffee is now just a food group

At this point, I’m not sure if I work in mortgages…
or just professionally train for a marathon I didn’t sign up for.
