“Absolutely loved the large beachfront balcony and sparkling clean pool area! Condo was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Great communication. All around fantastic trip! I will book here again. If it’s available, don’t hesitate!!”

This job consists of a wide variety of administrative duties and some physical tasks.

Owner has several short term rental properties on the Daytona/Ormand line along with a Sailboat Charter company also based in Daytona.

Recurrent tasks include:

-Dropping off/positioning keys and fobs for weekly renters as needed

-Picking up packages from Amazon drop box along with mail from a PO box and delivering to condos or boat

-Make deliveries of supplies to and from condo units for cleaning and laundry crews (dropping off and picking up laundered sheets/towels, etc.)

Tasks done as needed/on demand when owner is out of town or unable to respond.

-i.e., Last week it was to coordinate an Air Conditioning Technician to repair a unit AC

“Perfect stay for our week vacation. The beautiful kitchen and dining table had us cooking breakfast and dinner ourselves rather than going out to eat. The view was great for both sunrise and sunset. I would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!”

“We spend at least 2 weeks in Daytona every year and I just have to tell you that you have the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in. Plenty of toilet paper 😂 plenty of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cups/plates/mugs provided. Awesome condo in a great location - quieter side of Daytona but can still drive on the beach. Ocean front, huge balcony. This is an older condo building but this unit is nicely kept, very spacious, and the furniture is beautiful. I’m very picky about mattresses and the one in the master slept like a dream".
