I know we have a lot of customer that complain about getting calls from telemarketers and Medicare agents trying to steal your business. While we still get a few sales calls it’s maybe 1-3 a week rather than 50+ a day. Just wanted to share for anyone interested 😊

HealthFirst Premium Payments. HealthFirst 2025 auto payments no longer valid. 2026 New Platform to pay premiums. 2026 Enrollments for ACA January premium must be paid in December.

Auto pay from 2025 will not carry over to 2026. all members must reapply Log in to mychart.myhfhp.org
Forgot your password?
Click “Forgot login information?”
After logging into your account, under “Your Menu,”
select “Insurance” and “Premium Billing,” then “Make a
payment,” and follow the prompts on your screen.
Once the payment has been submitted, select “Set up
autopay,” choose a day of the month, and select “next.”
Enter the payment method and follow the prompts.
Note:
Autopay withdrawals can be set up either the 1st-5th
or the 20th-28th. To ensure your deductions start on
time, set up autopay at least two days before the end
of the month.
Note:
Individual & Family Plan members’ initial payment to
activate coverage must be made before setting up
autopay.
