Oct 1 allows us to discuss 2026 Medicare Plans with the public. All Agent/Brokers with Streamline Insurance are Certified for 2026 for Medicare and all the Insurance Company's we contract with for their 2026 new plans.

Medicare Plan changes will be allowed beginning Oct 15 through Dec 7. Please make sure you have a supply of prescriptions to carry you through the end of the year and the entire month of January.
Take time to verify the quantity of meds to carry your through the plan change time. Carriers change formularies and tiers, delete and add different drugs each new year.

Good News for anyone who has the Medicare Advantage Aetna Explorer Premier PPO plan! I know many of you received a letter from Twin Lakes advising that they may be going out of network, but after speaking with the insurance department at Twin lakes Imaging, they confirmed they did come to an agreement with Aetna and there is no longer a concern of them not being in-network.

Remember, on the Aetna Explorer Premier PPO plan if you do any of your imaging at a free standing facility, your copayment will be $0. If you have any questions please call us or your local agent to discuss!

News Release: Current administration has increased funding to Medicare Advantage Plans for 2026. Medicare Advantage Plans are funded by your Medicare B premium and additional funds from the Government. Medicare Advantage Plans called Part C also include Stand alone Medicare Drug Plans called Part D.
The 5.1% benchmark increase should accelerate margin recovery for the privatized Medicare plans following years of rates they said were insufficient — especially as those rates coincided with rising costs for seniors’ care.
