Happy Tax Season!! We can't wait to see you!!!
We have extended our hours and are ready to serve you!

Our new hours thru April 15, 2025 will be Monday thru Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. Call and make your appointment or feel free to drop your tax information off and we will do our best to have it finished in 48 hours.

We have a couple generous discounts again this year. Police, Fire and Active Military receive $50 off. Referral discounts $50 per new client that comes in and has their taxes done you will receive $50 off your next tax return (must fill out a coupon). Returning clients receive $20 off. New clients can find a $50 coupon on our website www.laddcarter.com Also this year we are happy to once again offer the Customer Appreciation drawing for 2 lucky winners to receive $500 cash. Each tax return completed with receive 1 entry in the drawing. Drawing takes place April 16, 2025.

Less than 1 month remaining to file your 2023 Income Taxes by April 15 tax deadline!

If you need to drop off your taxes please do so as soon as possible, we usually have them complete within a couple of days.

If you'd like to e-mail us your tax information we are able to do most returns electronically and by e-mail. E-mail us at [email protected]. These are usually complete within a couple of days.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, we do have LIMITED appointments available, please call our office at 937-258-1040 to make an appointment.

If you need an extension, please call our office to request one at 937-258-1040. An extension is a filing extension and does NOT extend the time to pay if you owe the IRS.

We ARE still accepting new clients and it's not too late to get a few more referral coupons. If you recommend someone and they come in to have their taxes done you will get $50 off your next tax return!

Our hours through April 15:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9am-5pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9am-7pm

Beginning April 16 only our year round staff will be available through our off season hours:
Monday thru Thursdays 9am-2pm

Tax Day is approaching, this year you have until April 18 to file your 2022 Tax returns.

As we approach the deadline in order for us to be able to serve all of our customers we do ask if you plan to drop your taxes off for a specific tax preparer that you do so by the end of this week (April 8).

We will continue to accept drop off taxes until April 13 with no specific tax preparer requests. After April 13 we will still accept drop offs with understanding an extension will be filed if needed.

We appreciate all of our customers and thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
