Happy Labor Day to all Workers!

I needed a break this week so my retired friend Jim, who is a very good planner came up from Florence y'all and met me Wednesday morning off I71 got us a tee time, a hotel reservation, and knew when to pull the trigger on the tickets. An absolute whirlwind blast of a day.
Great concert with 60,000 of my closest friends at the shoe watching some old guys rock out for 2 1/2 hours with no break and 90° heat. AC/DC still rocking after all these years

Could Your Business Keep Going After a Temporary Shutdown?

A storm damages your building. A pipe bursts overnight. A small fire forces you to close for repairs. For many small businesses, even a short shutdown can create serious financial strain. Sales may stop immediately, but rent, payroll, loan payments, utilities, vendor bills and other operating costs may continue.
That’s why it's important to think ahead. If your business had to close temporarily, how would you keep things moving? And would your insurance be designed to help?

Call now to connect with business.

I am not sure how I seem to get my pictures out a little later but a little over a week ago the Springboro Chamber outing did not disappoint again this year. Always a good time. Fifth year in a row getting my picture with Lee Mershad, the hot Diggity dog girl! Great being in the golf ball sponsor with Mark Clower again.

Another beautiful day at another one of Dayton's best kept secrets Miami Valley Golf Club for the 5th annual Bourbon Development Golf Outing. Monies raised go to local charities in the local community.

Quite a busy couple of months sponsoring some worthwhile events. Dayton's Packard Museum Annual Spring Fling Fundraiser to promote Dayton's best kept secret. If you have never been there you need to visit. This year's theme the British Invasion with the Sweet Beats. Saturdays event a little more formal with special guest speakers.

Some very cool Jaguars and Triumphs among others. In 1999 Walker Motors had their Jaguar New Car Showing at the Packard. Great Memories.

This happens more than you think because people have to speed through parking lots. Get all of the information and if the police will come, get a policy report if they don't look for a witness. Many times each person will pay for their own.

Here are key steps to take to ensure that a fender-bender (or worse) doesn’t end up being a costly headache.
