One of the things that stood out most was how thorough she is in her responses. She never hesitates to explain things in different ways until everything clicks, which made a huge difference in building confidence throughout the process. On top of that, her communication is top-notch—she responds very quickly, even outside of regular office hours. If she’s ever unavailable, she clearly lets you know when you can expect to hear back, which is incredibly reassuring.
