She was also able to convey the language of her field in a way we could understand. We learned a great deal. She was approachable, personable and fun to speak with. The communication was stellar between her first line connection and the use of tools, such as the Thrive App. She pulled for us and found creative ways to help us with numerous hurdles and she was always up front about the realities of the choices we had. We felt very well prepared and protected through the process. There was a bond built over the last 18 months from the time she began helping us get our credit scores on track to the very last transaction. This was a very scary time to be in the market as a buyer and her team took a great deal of the sting out of it. If it were not for her creative options to get us to where we needed to be, we wouldn't have been successful in making our goal. We want LaDonna in the family for a long time and we referred our kids to her. We are confident she will educate them and coach them so they can have a future, not just acquire a home. It was a pleasure to have closed on a home with a couple that also worked with her in their prior purchase. She has a fan base, that's for sure!
