Something he said really took on new meaning when I started my business.

He said "I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

We have to be willing to fail and learn from failure. We can’t be afraid to take risks and try new things, even if it means that we might fail.

Failure is just a part of the process of improving, and each failure brings us one step closer to success.
