Congrats to my First Time Homebuyer Closing on his home today!! 🔑

Not only did he NOT have to bring a dime to the closing table, he actually got money paid to him🤑!!

The loan was submitted on Monday the 6th and closed today the 17th!!! Talk about fast 💨
