Dawson has absolutely captured my heart these past few months. These past few days have bestowed such a profound loss and grief to this community. Praying for all the families and friends who lost someone this weekend, mourning with those who mourn, and thinking of those who will counsel and comfort over the coming days.

Lac qui Parle fair did not disappoint! I volunteered in the 4H foodstand on Saturday. I had the best time meeting people, helping fill orders, and reminiscing as many returned to their 4H roots. Looking forward to helping out next year!

Today's adventure took me to the 4H Goat Show at the Lac qui Parle County fair where I handed out ribbons, trophies, and banners! It's always fun to see the 4H kids show off the animals they've spent all year working with!

Stop by and see us at the Lac Qui Parle fair! David and I are having a great time visiting with fair goers, handing out ducks, ice packs, waters, and freeze pops. We're here all weekend!

It has been a busy week celebrating school starting! Monday, I provided bagels from Gnometown Grounds for the Dawson-Boyd's first day back for all staff. Today, we purchased drinks for everyone who stopped by as we celebrate the first day of school with students! Wishing everyone a safe and happy school year!
