❤️ A Personal Note Regarding Our Schedule ❤️

We are navigating a difficult time as we mourn the loss of a beloved client and cherished member of our agency family, Suzanne Joseph.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding as we honor her life.

To ensure our team can attend Suzanne's services while maintaining seamless client support, here is our schedule for the coming days:

• TODAY! Friday, December 5th:
• Physical Office: CLOSED
• Client Service: Available remotely by phone until 5:00 PM.

• Monday, December 8th:
• Physical Office: Closing early at 2:00 PM
• Client Service: Available by phone all day from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (We shift to remote service after 2 PM).

• Tuesday, December 9th:
• Physical Office: CLOSED
• Client Service: Available remotely by phone from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Rest assured, all service needs, policy questions, and claims assistance will be handled promptly via phone.
Should you get our voicemail during normal business hours, know we are actively assisting other clients. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message and we will promptly return your call.
