On June 1st, we proudly marked 16 years in business!

What began in 2010 when Ben Noyce opened the doors has grown into one of the top insurance agencies in the area. Through years of hard work, trusted relationships, and an unwavering commitment to our clients, we've been fortunate to help thousands of families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most.

While our name has evolved to the Borowski/Noyce Agency, the values that built this agency remain the same. Ben is still here, and together we're continuing the tradition of personalized service, local expertise, and being there when our clients need us most.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our customers, community partners, and team members who have been part of this journey. Thank you for trusting us over the past 16 years, we look forward to serving you for many more to come!

A little shoutout to a couple friends who recently helped me upgrade the Borowski/Noyce Agency swag collection.

Thanks to Hey Abbey for the custom tumblers and hats, and KBS Custom Impressions for the embroidered apparel and custom tumblers. Both do incredible custom engraving and personalization work, and it's always great supporting fellow local entrepreneurs.

Meet the Team 👋

This week we’re spotlighting our Office Manager, Laura!

Laura has been working in insurance since 2013 and has been part of our office since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience to our team!

Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking with her dogs, and spending time with friends and family. She’s also a huge animal lover and will always root for the underdog. 🐾

One of the most unique things about Laura? She’s lived in three different states and has had three legal name changes throughout her life! (Only one marriage, though 🤔😄)

When she’s not at work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, their children Olivia and Lincoln, and their dogs, Bogey and Monte. 🐶

What an awesome event celebrating some very talented student writers at Goodrich Middle Schooll! 👏✍️

Proud to support the 57th Annual America & Me Essay Contest through Farm Bureau Insurance Michigan alongside the incredible staff at GMS. Students were asked to write an essay about their “Michigan Hero,” and the creativity, thoughtfulness, and heart put into these essays was amazing to see.

Congratulations to all of the student finalists for sharing their talents, and a special shoutout to Marley Perry for advancing to the state competition! 🏆

A big thank you to Mrs. Haar and Mrs. Rudolph for helping make opportunities like this possible for students in our community. It’s an honor to partner with educators who invest so much into the next generation.
