Farms and animal sanctuaries across New Zealand are offering unique opportunities for horse enthusiasts. Volunteers can receive complimentary accommodation and meals in exchange for helping with daily tasks like feeding, grooming, cleaning stables, and exercising the animals. This project allows individuals to experience local life while providing essential care to rescued horses.

As many of you know we lost our son and brother Michael in a tragic accident just before Thanksgiving, I have started a scholarship fund for Culinary students in his name. last week we gave the first of many we hope to future chefs.
