As many of you know we lost our son and brother Michael in a tragic accident just before Thanksgiving, I have started a scholarship fund for Culinary students in his name. last week we gave the first of many we hope to future chefs. Special thanks to Kyle O'Connor for the design and JWU for the monument in his honor on their grounds.
