Just got our list. If you are with United Insurance I am sure you are aware they are leaving Florida. Good news Slide Insurance is picking up 72,000 of those policies. We received our list today. If you are with United you will get a cancellation from United followed by a welcome package from Slide. If you don’t get the welcome package you aren’t one of the policies they are taking so please watch your mail.

One of these is for certain: rate is going up, non-renewed, or canceled carrier is going out of business! Unfortunately this is we’re we are at.

This isn’t how this is supposed to work, folks!

Imagine an auto repair shop changing your bald tires or worn-down brakes and trying to bill your insurance company for it. Roofs wear down over the years. As homeowners, it’s our responsibility to pay for it.
