Michael Minnaert joins us as VP of Distribution for the Central Region, bringing 15+ years of experience in underwriting and broker relations. Michael has built a reputation for driving growth through strong partnerships and a strategic mindset.

Chris Phillips steps into his well-earned role as VP of Distribution for the Eastern Region. Since joining OR Bitco in 2006, Chris has been a cornerstone of this organization. His experience in both claims and underwriting makes him the perfect fit to lead our Eastern distribution strategy.
