Where do I start..I guess where it all began, making cold calls for my dad, Joe Grave who was a Met Life agent in 1991. I went to a job fair at DACC where I met State Farm Agents Jeanie Hayes and Toni Stone who coincidentally knew my dad. I landed an interview with Toni but she was looking for a full-time sales team member and I wasn't ready for that jump. I interviewed with Jeanie for a marketing

position and I started as a part-time team member for State Farm Agent Jeanie Hayes in October 1992 and never really thought about running, let alone owning my own agency. I learned a lot from working for Jeanie all of those years and I will be forever thankful for her. Fast forward 19 years, lots of training, blood, sweat and tears I finally opened my own doors at 605 N Logan Ave here in Danville, IL on December 1st, 2011. I started with 3 full-time team members: Crystal, Calie, and Joe (my dad), I now have 3 team members: Calie, Ansley, & Laken. My entire team is passionate about helping people and they have all settled into roles that they excel in. I welcome everyone to come in and just meet all of us, our premiums may not always be the lowest but we are the best and we go above and beyond what is expected to take care of our clients.
