We have been able to get one line forwarded currently. Please bear with us as we field multiple calls from just one phone. We are unable to get any time line updates currently from Service Electric, so until things are fixed, we are doing whatever we can to serve you as best we can. Our online home banking system will be doing an update on Tuesday, May 19th. Gone will be those security questions that you struggle to remember the answers to and in its place will be a new OTP (one time passcode). You will still sign in the same but then you will be prompted to enroll with SecureNow. This system will use your current phone number and then will ask how you want to receive your code, either by text or voice call. Seems easy right!?!? Well, if you have not updated your phone number with us, the system will not work for you. Please make sure that you have given us your correct contact info and that it is saved on your home banking account to ensure a smooth transition.

It has come to our attention that our phone number is being ​spoofed. Members have been receiving calls from persons saying they are from our office asking to verify information. Please do not give out any information unless you are certain that you are speaking with one of us that is in the office. If in doubt, hang up and call us back directly and ask to speak to one of us by name.
