The past 6 months have brought plenty of challenges. Between managing multiple books of business and navigating some significant changes within our team over the past couple of months, as well as system changes, things haven’t always been easy.

But one thing I've learned is that some of the most challenging times bring out the very best in people, and this team has proven that by putting their heads down, showing up every day, and getting the job done.

And that's exactly what this team has done! 💪

They've continued showing up, taking care of our policyholders, and somehow managed to put together our two best months in the past two years helping families with their insurance and financial needs!

I couldn't be more appreciative of the people who have stuck it out and continued giving their best every day.

And to our policyholders, THANK YOU! We know there have been times when we've been stretched thin, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued belief in us.

Last week was a good one! 🙌

Chad had the chance to spend some time with a few of our Alliance Partners talking about how we can continue to work together and do an even better job helping our people with their financial goals and protecting their families.

Then later in the week, we got to switch gears a little and enjoy dinner together while celebrating some of the great things they’ve accomplished! 🎉

We’re lucky to work alongside some really great people who care about helping families plan for the future and protect what they’ve worked hard for.

One of the best parts about being a local business is being able to support the communities that support us.

…and many more local teams, programs, athletes, and organizations throughout our area.

There is a lot of time, effort, coaching, volunteering, fundraising, and support that goes into making these programs possible for our kids and our communities.
