We are saddened to hear of the passing of Barbara Nied. Barb spent more than 25 years building her State Farm agency in Danville and serving the families of this community. In September 2017, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to take over the agency and continue the book of business and relationships she spent so many years building. Nearly nine years later, many of the families we serve today first became part of State Farm because of Barb. Her dedication to her policyholders and the Danville community created a legacy that continues within our office today. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to carry on a small part of what she built, and our thoughts are with her family and everyone who knew and loved her.
