🎉 WE DID IT! TEE PAK IS BACK! 🎉

After working through the weekend, we are so happy to say that Tee Pak Credit Union is officially FULLY RESTORED! 🙌

✅ Online & Mobile Banking are back up
✅ Debit cards are working and transactions should now be accurate
✅ Member accounts have been reconciled and everything should be settled

We know this outage has been incredibly frustrating, and we cannot thank our members enough for your patience, understanding, and support while we worked through it.

Our team has put in a LOT of hours to get us to this point, and it's all because we believe OUR MEMBERS MATTER MORE! 💜

🎉 GREAT NEWS — WE GOT THE CALL! 🎉

We just received confirmation that our system is ready for validation, which means we are officially moving into the next step toward getting everything back to normal! 🙌

Our team has some leg work ahead of us to validate the system and make sure everything is accurate before we reopen.

One of the biggest pieces of this process will be manually posting and reconciling all of the transactions that occurred during the outage. Our team has been tracking these transactions throughout the outage, and we will now work through them carefully to make sure your account reflects the correct balance and transaction history. We will be working through the weekend to get this completed and we are committed to having this work completed before we open our doors Monday morning.

💳 Debit cards are now operational and should be working properly again. If you have issues, please let us know by sending us a Facebook message.

📱 Online & Mobile Banking will remain offline a little longer. We want to make sure everything is fully validated and accurate before those services are turned back on. We will keep you updated as soon as we have a timeline for their return.

We know this outage has been incredibly frustrating, and we cannot thank our members enough for sticking with us through it. We are just as ready as you are to put this week behind us and get back to business.
