📢 Border Security Measures That Will Blow Your Mind! Dignity Act 2023 Part 2📢

🔒 Border Security Infrastructure:
The Dignity Act allocates an impressive $25 billion to establish a robust and impenetrable border infrastructure system. Physical barriers, enhanced detection technology, and state-of-the-art security measures are among the components.

🛃 Ports of Entry:
Recognizing the importance of our ports, the Dignity Act provides $10 billion for improvements over fiscal years 2024 to 2028. This funding will be used to construct new ports, modernize and expand existing ones, facilitating safe and efficient entry into our nation.

👮 Effective Border Security:
The bill mandates minimum staffing levels for Border Patrol agents, officers, and CBP processing coordinators. Recruitment and retention bonuses, as well as special pay, will be provided to personnel in remote areas.

✈️ Departure Tracking:
To enhance monitoring capabilities, the Dignity Act directs the implementation of a biometric exit data system at all air, land, and seaports within the next five years.

🛂 Asylum Reform:
The Dignity Act proposes comprehensive reform of the U.S. asylum system, aiming to expedite the determination of asylum claims made at the border. It includes the establishment of humanitarian campuses along the southern border, offering necessary services and facilitating fair and timely assessments.

⛺ Multi-Stage Screening:
The bill outlines a multi-stage screening process for asylum seekers, ensuring thorough checks and expedited removal for those who fail the credible fear interview. USCIS Asylum officers will review claims within 45 days for those who pass the initial stage.

🤝 Sponsorships:
Stricter regulations will be in place to safeguard unaccompanied minors and prevent their placement with sponsors who have serious offenses.
