This is a friendly reminder because with the holidays, time may slip up on you. For ANTHEM plans call 855-748-1810 and SENTARA plans call 757-687-6434. Please choose an option where you can speak to a representative, because you may not have your new ID # at the time of your call. You can provide your name and birthdate and they can find your new plan . Be sure get a confirmation number for your payment. Please note if this payment isn't received on time, your plan could be in jeopardy of being canceled. Please call our office if you experience any difficulties 434-792-4244.
