This is a friendly reminder because with the holidays, time may slip up on you. For ANTHEM plans call 855-748-1810 and SENTARA plans call 757-687-6434. Please choose an option where you can speak to a representative, because you may not have your new ID # at the time of your call. You can provide your name and birthdate and they can find your new plan . Be sure get a confirmation number for your payment.
