We gained some ground since April when existing home sales was -11% on the Northeast.

I am seeing offers being accepted with home sale and mortgage contingencies, as well as home inspections. I've always said, if sellers were more apt to take an offer with a home sale contingency, we might just see some inventory pop.

No better time to have your pre-approval updated or even have a fresh look by a new lender - call me and will do a reboot.
