We had a probate sale that was delayed severasl times due to seller delays and court delays and they made sure that we knew all of our options when it came to our mortgage and rate lock. They were so transparent and knowledgeable and helped educate me on the process so I could make the best decisions given what was going on. I really loved working with them and would reccommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time home buyers who need some help learning the process.
