Previously, when your credit was pulled for a mortgage, your information could be sold to other lenders—often leading to unwanted calls, texts, and emails.

With the new Trigger Leads law, that practice will be heavily restricted.

✅ Your mortgage application information is protected
✅ Competing lenders can’t contact you without permission
✅ Fewer unsolicited calls, emails, and texts
