Overall very happy with my experienc. But probably wouldn't return to this lender due to the amount of fees, and as a first time home buyer, I found to feel predatory. Certainly negating any of the companies "work in the community". Ryan was awesome though as well as Lynn, Ben, and formerly Todd B. I appreciate their hard work Nd team work - but the company itself like I said, absolutely buries you in fees
