I contact Jake Kelly who I successfully work with and my past clients love, and ask him if he can save this sale.....Not only does he save the sale for my buyer, but he receives a better rate and closes on time! Submitting documents was super easy. His team made it clear what was needed and by when. Shoutout to Brittany!

Jake took the time to explain the different sections of the closing disclosure, fielding even the silliest of questions with ease. He even politely reminded me again about the different sections when I was getting them mixed up.

Would definitely recommend working with Jake for your mortgage loan!
