They couldn't have been any happier. Made sure to to explain any difficulties that might have came up as well as rectifying it without them worrying. 5/5 would recommend.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jake Kelly by Debbie B - Jake Kelly saved the day once again! Buyer had not heeded advice given about using a local recommended lender and decided to use a Corporate Bank....Big Mistake!! A week before closing Corporate Bank almost derails closing. I contact Jake Kelly who I successfully work with and my past clients love, and ask him if he can save this sale.....Not only does he save the sale for my buyer, but he receives a better rate and closes on time! Jake Kelly is the Best of the Best!

4.87 star review received on Experience.com for Jake Kelly by Amanda M - Working with Jake was great! He hopped on the initial call in the middle of running errands to help ensure we could start the process quickly.

Submitting documents was super easy. His team made it clear what was needed and by when. Shoutout to Brittany!

Jake took the time to explain the different sections of the closing disclosure, fielding even the silliest of questions with ease. He even politely reminded me again about the different sections when I was getting them mixed up.

Would definitely recommend working with Jake for your mortgage loan!
