It was such an honor to present a check on behalf of Chapter 4450 and our local Woodmen Representatives Carole Sebesta Weaver and Zeke West to the St Thomas Food Pantry and their incredible volunteer team for $1000.00 to assist with Thanksgiving baskets this year. We are so very thankful for each of you. Happy Thanksgiving.

Day and night, our First Responders selflessly safeguard our homes, our families and our communities. We recognize their commitment, and have been long-time supporters of First Responders. In support of the Equipping Our Hometown Heroes campaign, Chapter 4450 made a $5,000 donation to the Angleton Fire Dept.

As the pandemic goes on, it keeps creating needs in our communities. In many ways, it makes things worse, like the situation homeless people face when it gets colder outside. WoodmenLife Chapter 4450 recognized the need and recently donated $500 to Warrior's Refuge. Together, we can make a difference for others.

As COVID-19 continues to affect our lives, we look to lend a hand to organizations helping where it’s needed. Chapter 4450 - Angleton donated $300 to the Dream Center of Brazoria County. The donation shows the power of what we can do when we work together. Even when we have to suspend community outreach activities, we can still live out our values, like supporting our communities during a global pandemic.

Our WoodmenLife Chapter 4450 donated $500 to help Danbury Elementary School welcome kids back. This school year is unlike any we’ve seen in the past century, so we wanted to lend a hand as part of our commitment to community, especially to our teachers and schools.
