WCSU Delta Gamma Phi ΔΓΦ (Delta Gamma Phi) sorority Delta Gamma Phi is a local sorority that was established on individuality, sisterhood, and community.

Founded by five best friends in the Spring of 1990. DGPhi is now over twenty years strong with over 195 actives, alumni, and honorary members. Our sorority values community service, education, and building strong bonds between sisters throughout your college years; but also well on into the future. Come find your home away from home! Throughout the year you can find us on campus for Rush events, c

ommunity service projects, and other fun activities! Delta Gamma Phi is committed to serving the Westconn community, as well as Danbury. Our official philanthropy is the National Organization for Rare Disorders (http://www.rarediseases.org/). With their headquarters being in Danbury, CT, Delta Gamma Phi keeps in constant contant with NORD. We also have taken a huge part in planning WCSU's Relay For Life for over three years. Finally, our sorority works closely with the Women's Center of Danbury, supporting a variety of events. Including, hosting the Annual Take Back The Night event on campus (http://www.takebackthenight.org/).

“Ann’s place is one of our philanthropies that we love to support and raise money towards. Ann's Place is a nonprofit support center that provides a variety of services to individuals with cancer and their family members. Their services range from professional counseling, support groups and a lot of wellness activities. Some of our sisters have been impacted by cancer which makes Ann’s Place extremely special to us. we are always coming up with new ways to raise money for our amazing philanthropy!“
