This was a good one! I’d been looking forward to this 1031 Exchange webinar for a week! Franck Bideau with is so knowledgeable and brought information that is VERY important when doing a 1031. Before you sell your , make sure you have your 1031 exchange ducks in a row if you’re wanting to defer taxes. 🏡
