It was a busy day for the RLT! We couldn't make it to all of our closings today but we are certainly thankful for all of them!
From Soddy Daisy where we helped a widower buy a home as well as first time homebuyers/newlyweds, to Rome where we helped a couple buy their second home to prepare for retirement in the future, and Savannah where we helped repeat clients purchase their next home! It was a great day! Thank you to all of our clients, realtors, and past clients!

🌟Team Morrow sold the house as well as found a new buyer for the house and the Rogers Lending team was able to finance this home again!
💫 fact the buyers of this home are also second generation Team Morrow/Rogers Lending team clients… His mother has previously purchased with us and is set to do so again soon!

A couple of weeks ago we had the honor of a double closing day with Carter Reynolds of Selling North Georgia Realty! Carter has really knocked it out of the park this year with his buyers and I'm thankful to be the lender that's been with him and his clients as he's building his business!!!!!
2 different buyers- 2 different stories!

One client was selling their home and purchasing a new home.... Carter got his home under contract very quickly and had to find them a new home FAST!! It took several tries to find the right home but he got them under contract and we were able to push the loan through quickly getting the file clear to close in just 20 days so that our client would not skip a beat moving from one home to the next!

Our second clients- first time homebuyers able to secure a USDA loan with zero down payment, they actually received their earnest money and appraisal money back at closing… And Carter was able to negotiate so much in closing costs that they had excess funds that we were able to use to reduce their payment for the first two months using our amazing SETTLE IN program!

When people care and work hard for their clients great things happen!!!!!!!! This was a good day for our clients and the next steps of their lives!!!!
