After 22 years as a home loan officer, I'm grateful to have helped over 1,700 families achieve their goals. Today marks a new chapter for our team.

My mentor and longtime teammate, Patrick Pittman, is embarking on a well-deserved retirement adventure. It has been an honor to work alongside and learn from him throughout my career.

As I continue our team’s mission of service, I am filled with gratitude. I am committed to upholding the standards of service, excellence, and trust we have established with our clients.

If you've been following the NAR settlement - there was an important announcement for VA homebuyers on Tuesday. Let's talk about it!

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced a temporary policy change allowing VA home buyers to directly compensate their real estate agents. This update aims to enhance veterans' access to homeownership. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) advocated for this change.

The new policy permits eligible veterans, active-duty service members, and their spouses using VA home loans to pay for certain real estate broker fees effective 8/10/24.*
