The term bridge loan is thrown around a lot in our business. Make sure you are talking with your clients about a solution that will get them into the new home. If the client can qualify for current home and future home maybe a bridge loan is okay for them. If they can’t because they have to qualify for the new home, the old one plus the “bridge loan” then let’s talk.

In the last few months, I have used this program with two of my realtor partners. Both clients thought they couldn’t buy without selling and were going to put things on hold. By using this great program it created about $2,500,000 for the sale and purchase for the agents.

This is something that can really boost your business. We should talk!!!
