The last five days have been a grind and a blessing.
We flew out to Lubbock, Texas to walk the 175-unit portfolio we’re preparing to acquire. And honestly… there’s a lot of work to be done. These properties have been neglected for far too long.

We met several tenants who shared how overlooked they’ve felt and after seeing everything with our own eyes, we felt the same.

We teamed up with the STAR GROUP and his crew to bring these properties back to life. Our mission is simple: improve lifestyles, build a better home, and raise the standard.

Lubbock, we’re coming.
Unit by unit. Block by block.
Real change is on the way.

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the Davison community for welcoming us and allowing us to continue building a place that residents can proudly call home.

With your support, we’ve already moved in our first resident, have 5 potential move-ins, and multiple showings lined up. None of this would be possible without the trust and encouragement you’ve shown us.

Over the past few months, we’ve been slowly rebuilding the foundation. Tackling the big problems beneath the surface like plumbing, electrical, and other major repairs. And yes… it’s been costly 🫣😅but necessary.

These improvements allow us to move toward what everyone is excited to see: new flooring, updated décor, cleaner landscaping, and overall upgrades that truly shine on the outside.

Davison holds a special place in our hearts, and we’re committed to improving the lives of every tenant who walks through our doors. We’ll continue doing everything we can to make this community better. One repair, one improvement, and one resident at a time.

RGS hosted its first Lunch & Learn today! 🍽🏘

We shared our process when acquiring multifamily properties and broke down what it really takes behind the scenes. From sourcing deals and running numbers to managing renovations and optimizing NOI.

More than just real estate, we emphasized the power of mentorship and coaching. You can lose time and money trying to figure it out on your own OR you can invest in mentorship, save time, and gain the confidence that comes with having an expert walk you through the process step-by-step.
