Tip For my Union Workers

I’m typically known for the “Queen of saving loans” I feel so bad for these clients that come to me, they’re excited to buy their dream home and first home but it can all be crushed when the lender doesn’t do their due diligence properly upfront, a simple mistake or not asking the right question upfront can destroy the entire process, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to save this one and I feel terrible for the clients after giving them the bad news, although they will be moving forward with me on the next one Vs the other lender

Union workers are typically contract workers, they can be contracted for up to six months, then maybe off for 2 to 3 weeks, possibly five months before a new contract starts, if you’re in the process of buying a house, the lender needs to know if your contract is coming up to it’s end date, unfortunately this lender knew and still proceeded! if your contract ends while you were in the process of buying a house, then you don’t get to close on the house unless another contract is already in place being that there is no income till the new one starts, it’s extremely important on who you go with when it comes to purchasing a home, it’s your biggest investment, Call me or text me if you need advice or wanting to go through me ☎️ 469-955-9315
