Susser Bank was proud to join Henley Capital and Dallas City Council Members Maxie Johnson and Chad West as work began on the former City Inn & Suites property, marking the first step in a major redevelopment effort. We are proud to finance an investment that will improve access to Halperin Park and support the continued growth of the surrounding neighborhood.
As Chairman and CEO Sam L. Susser shared: "At first glance, this may look like a demolition project. It may look like a parking project. But everyone involved understands it’s about much more than that. It’s about creating access to Halperin Park, a remarkable community asset. It’s about supporting continued investment in this neighborhood. And it’s about laying the foundation for a vibrant future around Halperin Park."
We’re grateful to partner with visionaries who see what’s possible and are committed to creating lasting success for the communities they serve.
